How quickly will my embroidery order be completed?
While turn-around time is dependent on order size and complexity we pride ourselves in completing all orders in rapid timelines. Orders with 5 or less items can be completed in 1 to 3 days.
Can K&J Embroidery add designs onto my personal items?
Yes! Please send an email to [email protected] with your request. We are able to embroider nearly all apparel items and will provide a cost estimate following receiving your email.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Yes! If you are purchasing a large quantity of the same item we are able to provide a discount.
I am looking for something specific and am not seeing it on the K&J Embroidery website?
If you are looking for a specific color, item or logo please send an email to [email protected]. We will do our best to find the specific item you are looking for. We are also able to embroider bags, makeup bags, etc – just let us know what you’re looking for!
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom orders?
No! Everything we embroider is completed on-demand, any quantity is acceptable and appreciated.
How much does a custom order cost?
Custom order pricing will be dependent on the complexity and size of your design. Items in our standard storefront can provide a close estimate of what the final cost will be.
